Capabilities

Built around how reception actually works

Not a generic form. Each visitor type asks only for what that person's record needs.

Typed check-in

Employee, guest, contractor or vendor. Employees are matched on SAP ID; guests must name the host they are meeting. The form adapts as you choose.

Site-locked records

Every desk is bound to its own location. A visit can only be recorded — or closed — at the site the signed-in user is assigned to.

Portrait on file

Capture straight from the desk camera or upload an image. Held against the visit record so a badge can be verified at the gate.

One-tap departure

Everyone currently inside is listed on screen. Tap a person to check them out — nobody has to read a badge number aloud.

Live occupancy

Headcount, arrivals today, average stay and peak hour — computed per site, so the desk always knows how full the building is.

Accountable by design

Sign-ins, password changes and every visit movement are written to an audit log with the acting user, the site and the time.

How it works

Arrival to departure in four moves

The desk never leaves one screen.

1
Pick the type

Employee, guest, contractor or vendor — the fields follow.

2
Capture details

Name, purpose, host, and a portrait if the visit needs one.

3
Badge issued

A per-site number such as IMT-AM-0042, unique for the day.

4
Tap to close

One tap on their card ends the visit and records the duration.

Security

Access that stops at the site boundary

Reception staff see their own location and nothing else. The restriction is enforced on the server for every read and every write, not just hidden in the interface.

Check-in and check-out are refused outside a user's assigned site
Sessions are stored as hashes and revoked the moment a password changes
Repeated failed sign-ins lock the account, not just the address
Visitor records are retained for 90 days, then purged
